While most children were out playing during their summer break from school Terry Johal was put to work cleaning up his Fathers construction sites. That early discipline instilled a strong work ethic in Terry. Growing up around the construction industry is an asset Terry Johal is grateful for. In 2001 Terry established Terry Johal Developments Ltd. He set out to provide a personal service commitment to all clientele and their projects whether it be a modest starter home or a luxurious estate property. Terry is involved in every step of the homebuilding process. From the design to complete landscaping he manages and directs some of the city’s best skilled trades people. Terry is passionate about the homes he builds and he will work till exhaustion to ensure his projects are the best they can be.
