When builder Pat Caporale and his wife Geri founded Caporale Construction, Ltd. in 1990, their goal was to produce healthier, more energy-efficient and more accessible homes. Following these aspirations has earned them a lot of recognition, including 12 Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) awards from the Victoria Chapter of the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA), and selection as a finalist for the association’s provincial Georgie awards. As a certified R-2000 builder, Pat Caporale relies on the Advantage Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) System to help him meet R-2000 specifications and provide his customers durable, energy-efficient homes.
