HC Piper Manufacturing Inc. provides integrated services specializing in the fabrication of process modules for a number of industry applications. We manufacture products for SAGD, TAGD, In-Situ, refineries, upgraders, mining, forestry, cyclic steam stimulation, bio fuels and waste management applications. As your manufacturing partner, HC Piper will provide consulting input from the initial design concept through to the final startup. We also provide after sales service. Shipping Options: Many of our process systems are configured into self-framed metal buildings custom built to meet client requirements. Others are wrapped with rugged plastic for travel protection if they are being installed into on-site existing buildings. Transportable Units: Process modules and VRUês are designed as components and assembled on movable skids measuring up to 120' x 24'. Each unit leaves the plant ready for seamless integration into the client site and following onsite connections, packages are ready for start-up. They are transported to operating sites where they are seamlessly integrated into process systems ready for operation.
