Founded in 1969, R. S. Restoration, DKI serves the Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island regions north to Duncan, BC, along with the Southern Gulf Islands. Major customers are insurance companies, independent adjusters, brokers, property management companies, local and municipal government agencies, corporate clients and individual homeowners. Our staff is a core group of long-term employees, experienced in their specific trades and in courteous, effective customer service. Each employee is trained to the highest standard in all areas of restoration, including structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration. Our professionals are uniformed, carry company photo identification and drive clearly marked company vehicles to instill client confidence. At R. S. Restoration, DKI , we subcontract only specialty tasks such as art and furniture restoration, major electrical and plumbing work, and dry-cleaning. R. S. Restoration, DKI, Disaster Kleenup¨ International and all of its employees are certified through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We continue to educate ourselves throughout the year in all facets of the restoration industry.
