Our focus from our first day of operation in 1967 has been to Restore, Preserve and Increase our ClientsÍ property values. Where accident or disaster has damaged or destroyed assets we Restore our ClientsÍ property values to where they were at before the loss occurred. Our every decision, method and procedure is based on delivering the client value our focus demands. Master Contract Services Ltd. was founded by Garry Bateman in 1967. He was joined shortly thereafter by brothers and co-owners Lorne and Del Bryant. The three men worked aggressively at building their business and became leaders in commercial and residential cleaning and restoration services in the Vancouver area. As the marketplace grew and technology developed, Master Contract Services continually upgraded equipment, approaches, staff training and specialty certification. Drying equipment for building and contents evolved from simple air movement, to heat drying, to refrigerant dehumidification systems, desiccant systems, and freeze drying systems. As this took place Master Contract Services acquired each technology and the certified expertise to apply it. One result of this forward thinking was and is the ability and resources to deal with Restoration, Specialty and Construction drying situations by delivering the approach that is most effective and efficient for the challenge at hand. The co-ownership structure changed when Lorne was lost to a swimming accident and Del had the opportunity to take on the challenge of ownership and operation of Serve-Pro Restoration in Calgary, Alberta.
