Pt Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri

We were established under the name PT Austindo Teguhjaya. Prior to 2012, we had been engaged in five business sectors, namely the (i) financial services, (ii) healthcare, (iii) agribusiness, (iv) energy (non-operation) and (v) Òother businessÓ (including tobacco, trading and mining). In early 2012, we refocused and restructured our business to concentrate on food (comprising of palm oil and sago) and renewable energy sectors while maintaining our investments in the abovementioned other businesses. Since 22 June 2015, we merged with our 100% owned subsidiary, PT Pusaka Agro Makmur, so that changed our business activities to include directly operating palm oil plantations and processing facilities as well as the trading of palm oil products which have hitherto been indirectly conducted through our subsidiaries.
