Established in 2002, in the historic Imperial Bank of Canada building, Catch offers a urban, loft feel with exposed metal shelving, subway tiles, and a creative play of industrial-age and utilitarian elements. During growing season our Chefs tend, harvest, and add culinary flare to dishes with fresh vegetables and herbs straight from our roof top garden. During the summer months our beehives are busy producing our own unique honey to be harvested and used in dishes throughout the fall.
