KD Dickinson - Portico Real Estate

KD and a friend built a successful partnership renovating homes, refurbishing fixer-uppers and building spec homes. The experience of selling their projects showed KD that people appreciate her listening ear and her knack for helping them find exactly what they want in a home. Knowing houses from the ground up has made KD a real estate virtuoso in the Missoula area. Putting down roots for KD also means being involved in the community as more than just a wonderful place to live and work. Growing up with a developmentally disabled brother gave her a specific interest in the Special Olympics. She coaches several sports in addition to helping out with the seasonal regional and state competitions. She gets back at least as much as she gives, getting a kick out of seeing the Special Olympians gain such confidence and pride. She loves to help other people accomplish their goals, whether it be crossing the finish line in the Special Olympics cross-country ski race, or finding the perfect home for their family.
