Tiaki Quest is the set of audit and preliminary analysis activities aimed at mapping the customer's as-is sustainability status aimed at defining the strategic plan. It represents the due diligence process, i.e. the assessment of characteristics and risks, potential and critical issues, operated through interviews, meetings, inspections and analysis of data and documentation provided by the customer to EETRA.
