Leading Concepts

Leading Concepts was formed back in 1993 as an organization dedicated to teaching teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Our military background provides a framework to bring specialized military leadership training to civilian teams and team leaders. Unlike boring seminars, stale lectures and cold classrooms – our training is primarily outdoors and learning by doing.
