7 Warning Signs of Chronic Fatigue You Need to Know

Anyone can get chronic fatigue syndrome regardless of age, race, or line of work. However, according to research, chronic fatigue syndrome in women occurs four times more often than in men.


Seven Signs of Chronic Fatigue


1. Physically draining
Fatigue after a difficult day at work or at the end of the working week is perfectly normal. But chronic fatigue goes beyond this. This is exhaustion that is deep inside you. And it can be so strong that you don’t have the strength to survive full-time work, and by the end of the day you have no desire not just to talk to anyone, but even to move.


2. Lack of sleep
About 80% of people with sleep disorders suffer from chronic fatigue. The paradox is that even if you are incredibly tired, you will not be able to fall asleep at night. Problems with falling asleep and waking up are a warning sign.


3. Constant headaches
One of the first symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome is pounding frequent pains in the temple area. The important point is that the headache, depending on the disease, can be different, but in the case of chronic fatigue, the headache will be manifested with pulsing in temples and sharp pain in several head areas. 


4. Brain disorders
Chronic fatigue may also affect brain function. Memory and concentration will decline, it will be very difficult for a person to react to incoming questions and perceive any information.


5. Low immunity 
Chronic fatigue in addition to all the negative effects mentioned above may also cause a relapse of various colds. It also provokes infectious diseases, viral and respiratory diseases during an epidemic, and many other diseases due to low immunity.


6. Psychological disorders
People who have chronic fatigue syndrome caused by a virus are often bothered by attacks of depression and bad mood. They often feel anxiety and constant panic attacks. 


7. Pain
Muscle cramps seem to be quite normal and even the expected result of intense training. However, if for several months your main training includes only running from the subway to the house, and your muscles ache as if you were working with weights, this is a bad sign. Despite the fact that doctors still can’t establish the causes of muscle and joint pain as a factor in chronic fatigue, this may be one of its most obvious indicators.


How to Fight Chronic Fatigue? 
First, you need to understand the causes of the disease. Maybe it is caused by stress, a wrong lifestyle and lack of time management. In this case, the first thing you need to do is to sort yourself out. You may try to drink vitamins and herbal teas, eat more fruits and vegetables, go for a walk in the open air and spend more time alone or with your close friends.

If you still can’t find real causes of chronic fatigue, you should consult a doctor. After all,  chronic fatigue ?an be caused by serious diseases such as anemia, thyroid gland disorders, etc.
