7 Signals That Your Body Sends 

1. Brittle hair and nails

Hair and nails may be indicators of your general health state. Women often ignore problems with them until they see more serious symptoms. Hair loss and brittle nails can be a symptom of a severe vitamin deficiency, an autoimmune disease or thyroid disease. Before you start cosmetic procedures, make sure that everything is good with your health.

2. Bloating

Increased gas formation during menstruation or after drinking carbonated beverages is normal. But, if you constantly experience discomfort in the intestines, it can be a sign not only of stomach problems. If simple non-prescription drugs do not help, it is better to visit a doctor. Sometimes flatulence is one of the symptoms of ovarian cancer. Usually, it is diagnosed late as this disease does not manifest itself for a long time.

3. Headaches

A headache is another symptom that we rarely attach importance to. We simply drink painkillers to relieve it. Headaches can be a sign of many diseases, from migraines to cardiovascular problems. Do not ignore the signals of your body, especially if they appear regularly.

4. Menstrual problems

Irregular, too abundant or scanty periods may not cause discomfort, but changes in the cycle should not be ignored. The nature of menstruation may be influenced by stress, changing time zones or diet. That is why we are in no rush to visit the doctor. 5. Changing moles

The moles on your body should be monitored regularly, as they can turn into the most dangerous malignant tumor called melanoma. If you notice a new mole on your body, a change in the shape, color or size of moles that you have had for many years, then be sure to consult a dermatologist.

Of course, it may just be a freckle or an age spot, but a change in moles may also be skin cancer. At risk are those who often spend time in the sun or in a tanning salon, as well as people with a genetic predisposition as light skin, freckles or a large number of moles.

6. Anxiety and constant fatigue

In the bustle of everyday life, it is difficult to understand why you are tired. People think that if they are tired, there were reasons for it. This pain usually begins in the morning when you get out of bed and feel that it hurts when you step on the heel. During the day the discomfort disappears, so most people do not attach importance to this symptom. To diagnose this disease, you need to see a foot specialist and get an X-ray done.
